Refund and Returns Policy

At Netlit Digital, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services that meet and exceed client expectations. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services provided by Netlit Digital, including (but not limited to):
Web Design & Development
E-commerce Solutions
SEO & Online Marketing
Social Media Marketing
Graphic Design
Consulting
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital services, completed projects, delivered services, and consumed digital marketing campaigns are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, resources and time are allocated, making refunds inapplicable in most cases.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe and no alternative solution is provided, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts): If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund, less any administrative or processing fees.
4. Project Deposits & Milestone Payments
Deposits made for projects are non-refundable once work has started.
If the project is canceled midway by the client, the completed portion of the work will be billed, and any balance may be refunded at Netlit Digitalโs discretion.
If Netlit Digital is unable to continue a project for unforeseen reasons, a fair refund (based on undelivered work) will be issued.
5. Digital Products (if applicable)
For any downloadable items such as templates, graphics, or software:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
6. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, invoice number, service purchased, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 7- 14 working days.
7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ14 business days via the original payment method.
Any transaction fees (bank, mobile money, or card charges) are non-refundable.
8. Policy Updates
Netlit Digital reserves the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
